• All domestic sales remain subject to Philippine national regulations (DENR, FDA, and Bureau of Customs requirements).
• For deliveries to South Korea, compliance with K-REACH chemical registration and importer obligations is required.
• For deliveries to Japan, compliance with CSCL and METI end-use declaration requirements is mandatory.
• Regional buyers must provide End-User/Use Certificates (EUC) for dual-use or high-technology applications.
• All materials are subject to international export control regimes (e.g., Wassenaar Arrangement) and may not be redirected for defense-related purposes without authorization.
• NDA/LOI required for bulk transactions over $100,000
• Payment confirmation required before shipment
• Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) provided with each order
• 12% VAT and applicable duties charged on imports unless exempt
• Complete shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin) required as per Bureau of Customs
